Joan Flynn

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of PalmTree, Inc. Joan Flynn oversees every element of the company's global operations. Ms. Flynn co-founded PalmTree in 1997 with COO Timothy Osborne.

Flynn possesses solid leadership and managerial skills honed over years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience on a global scale with corporations such as Motorola and Eaton. Prior to co-founding PalmTree, Inc. Flynn was the Vice President of Information Technology for Invensys Climate Controls.

Her experience is highlighted with tremendous accomplishments in team supervision and project management, and she is a recipient of the GE One-Team Leadership Award. Other areas of strength and expertise include engineering program development, marketing and strategic planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and information technologies.

Flynn's energetic and results-oriented leadership approach is injected into the leadership and ranks of PalmTree, Inc. on a daily basis, and the results speak for themselves. In three years of operation PalmTree has advanced from a startup with limited capital to a burgeoning competitor in the ranks of mid-sized boutique consultancies and software providers. The company has posted profits in the midst of bleak and recessionary times and today works with a distinguished list of clients including several Fortune 500 firms. All of this has been accomplished through hard work in a team-based atmosphere and, as Flynn terms it, "bootstrapping," as PalmTree has accepted or invited no outside venture capital or financing through its rapid growth.

Flynn holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Loyola University in Chicago.
