John P. "Jack" Flynn

Chief Financial Officer

Jack Flynn joined PalmTree, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in 2001. As the CFO, Jack is responsible for all financial filings, financial statements, and forecasting and budgeting. Jack has extensive experience in all facets of Finance. Before serving as CFO for PalmTree, Inc., Jack served as a divisional controller for A.T. Kearney where he was directly responsible for his unit's P&L. He conducted all budgeting and forecasting for his Profit Center as well as financial analysis. Prior to his role as division controller, Jack served as a tax manager where he was responsible for all tax related filings and matters. These included Federal, State, and local tax filings. In addition, Jack participated in firm wide International tax planning to ensure an optimum tax strategy.

Before joining A.T. Kearney, Jack served a variety of clients in tax planning and preparation while working at the accounting firm of AMG. Flynn is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago. He also earned a Masters of Taxation from the highly ranked Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul.
